Who are the stars in your sky?

The easiest way to decide what plan to choose, is to think about how many “star” pages (what we call profile pages) you want to make. If you just want to upload one profile to see if you like the service, you can choose our Free tier. If you want to be able to connect your stars into family or friend groups (so you can collaborate and share your memories with each other), or upload more photos and videos, you should upgrade to our Premium tier. If you want our help designing your star pages, or uploading the photos and videos for you, or access to the most storage then you should choose our concierge tier.

With our concierge tier, we offer both digitization and design services. Our digitization team will help you ship your physical memories, such as old photos, letters, and home videos, and then upload them to Immorta. Our team will then ship them back to you. Our design team can then create a personalized star page out of those memories, so you can organize your star pages based on what kind of content you have. Their job is to make your memories easy to access, and nice to look at.

You have full control of the privacy settings on your account. If you believe a star you have created should be shared with everyone, you can make that star page public. If you want to keep it private, you can mark the star page as private. We will also never delete your content or sell it to anyone. You will always have the opportunity to download your memories if you choose to leave Immorta. But we would be sad to see you go!
